As a part of the newly established team, my role involves increasing revenue for high-performing Hindi audio series and creating a playbook to develop successful audio content.

• Analyzed successful and unsuccessful audio series to uncover patterns and themes
• Devised strategies to rewrite activation episodes for high-performing series, resulting in increased retention and activation rates
• Analyzed retention data and identifying user drop-offs to boost engagement and revenue
• Developed and validated hypotheses through A/B testing
• Created PPT that guides the creation of captivating original series in the future
• Analyzed consumer’s response through comments, reviews and connecting with them
• Successfully rewritten first episodes for shows resulting in increased retention and activation rates
• Increased 2 min retention by 3% and activation by 8% for Devputra Ranveer and 2.5% and 7% for Shoorveer.

• Managed over 300+ hours of content, concept development, localization, creative briefs, voice-over artist selection, training writer for audio writing, developmental editing, timely episode submissions, and maintaining tags, TG, description of the show.
• Supervised a team of five writers to produce over 300 hours of captivating audio content which generated Rs 3 crore+ revenue
• Led testing efforts for four audio series, out of which three series have passed the activation benchmark and one series ‘Sherdil’ is expected to be this year’s blockbuster
• Managed creative development of original shows like Khauff and Maharana Pratap
• Consistently met monthly script delivery targets
• Successfully localized "Super Yoddha," becoming one of the top three revenue-generating shows, generating 1.65 crore+ revenue and still going strong, with the highest average revenue per user
• It is expected to generate at least 10 crore until its last episode (1600th).

• Managed original shows like Royal Romance and Love You Gangster by editing and approving scripts, selecting voice-over artists, and providing graphic briefs.

• Contributed to achieving outstanding audience retention for the 17 hour original show "Royal Romance," maintaining 15% retention
• During this time, I gained varied experience to understand my expertise and strengths through diverse projects in the entertainment medium, including:
• Assisted in film-editing for 'Gonekesh' (2019), subtitle-spotting for the movie 'Jamun' (2021), and Script supervisor for the mini-series 'Flatmates' (2019)
• Attended a screenwriting workshop, ghostwritten an episode for a web-series produced by a major production house, and edited corporate videos
• Tutored a fifth-grade student who aspired to be a cricketer and disliked studying.
