• Conducted Actual vs Execution analysis for Grid work to support progress monitoring and financial control.
• Prepared and supported certification of Client Running Account (RA) Bills for Civil works.
• Prepared and certified Sub-contractor bills ensuring contractual compliance and accuracy of quantities.
• Performed material reconciliation aligned with certified bills to support cost control and audits.
• Prepared Scheme-wise Variation.
• Tracked execution of ESR, OHT, Distribution Network (Pipe Laying), and EPC activities.
• Performed PFMS data reconciliation with actual execution and collections to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
