Worked on the design verification of several functional groups of IC engine through various types of simulation (MBD, FEA and 1D-CFD).
Multi-Body Dynamic (MBD) Simulation: Executed complex MBD simulations for valvetrain, cranktrain, and timing drive systems using AVL Excite Suite (Designer, Timing Drive) to analyze dynamic behavior and validate design integrity.
Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Conducted static, transient, and fatigue FEA simulations using Abaqus, Ansys, and FemFat to assess structural stress, durability, and predict component lifecycle.
System & Flow Simulation: Performed 1D system simulations of engine lubrication and coolant circuits with Flo-Master to optimize flow distribution, thermal management, and overall system efficiency.
Gear System Design & Analysis: Utilized KISSsoft for advanced gear calculations, focusing on gear profile optimization, strength analysis, and verification of safety factors.
