• Involved in Pre-study and Transition of Support and Implementation from incumbent Vendor, acted as MFG lead and documenting Mfg. processes and operational landscape, created Mfg. Process Runbook and got approval from Senior Management (Business) and laid foundation for the transition & stabilization project
• Worked on Onsite - Offshore model and supported Business with Daily transactional issues, knowledge transfer, process mappings for Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, Poland)

Husqvarna Vapor II (Stabilization Project), Nov 2014 -Dec 2015

• 24X7 Support for 12 Manufacturing Units in Sweden, Norway, Poland, India, United Kingdom
• Solution Architect for Upgrade Project for Migration from JDE 8.12 to 9.20 Solution Architect for Stream lining integrations with various 3rd party Systems under PLEX project (>3000 man hours project)
• Re-integrating with ESB (MQ file system) middle ware, re-mapping most of integration and implementing new automations and process optimizations, with 3rd party systems such as Logility, SOFCO, RF Smart, EDGE (MES)

• The project involved implementation of following modules under process Mfg such as PDM, SFC, Planning, Manufacturing Accounting, Supply & Distribution (Inventory, Procurement & Sales) module, Finance (GA, AP & AR)
• Performed Business Analysis to understand the business process flow at Client end
• Created BA the CRP setups
• Provided training to core users Go-Live Preparation
• Achieved Go-Live for the Biggest plant KSOILS Morena for Client

• Created Solution Design in Jewellery module for E1 for all its stores and franchises
• Integration with Point of Sale software VersaPOS for its showrooms
• Implementation involves - HO(Delhi), Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Faridabad (Haryana), Dehradun (Uttrakhand)
• New Manufacturing module for Jewellery vertical had been configured and tested onsite on different scenarios by onsite team which I was a part of
• Leaded the onsite team as Project Leader
• Responsible for coordinating with Offshore team for creating specs and monitoring development & testing tasks with offshore team
