· Conduct employee on boarding and Induction programs to help organize training & development initiatives.
· Generate employee’s id.
· Conduct Employee Engagement Activities.
· Process a variety of employment-related paperwork, including new hire documents, employee status changes, database updates, employee information, and other employee data
· Organize, maintain and update Employee Files.
· Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
· Conduct Exit Interview
