An online Self-Service Portal providing for end-to-end eligibility and enrollment while also supporting individual and group insurance plan maintenance and billing functions. The state provides health coverage to more than 100 million people through Medicare & Medicaid Program.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in triggering of critical Correspondence like Notice of Eligibilities (NOE), Request For Information(RFI) for different programs to citizens of state.
• Worked with project managers, developers, quality assurance and customers to resolve technical issues.
• Creating API's using C# to expose Method for different Modules to Print Correspondences.
• Co-ordinate with the onshore team for Change Requirement analysis and daily M&O sync up calls.
