  • Responsible for Amazon and Flipkart Marketing for multiple brands like Greensoul , Gizga, Polestar etc. Handling almost 25L monthly marketing spend on GreenSouland 3x in event months. Growth of new categories like Furniture, through devising new marketing strategies and campaigns to make sure products get top of search visibility. Keyword research, competition analysis through market research tools to understand market dynamics helped in decision making while coming up with strategies.
  • Reporting to senior management about daily account performance and campaign analysis along with budget and bidding recommendations across ad types and campaigns. Splitting of monthly performance marketing budget across ad types on different search engines like Amazon, Flipkart and Google. Maintaining master data for visual dashboards for performance and analytics to help better understand gaps and corrective measures to increase revenue. Using different KPI's like ROAS, CVR and AOV to help make informed decisions in various marketing campaigns.
  • Working alongside product category, e-commerce and design team to set up monthly ad budgets, select product portfolio according to inventory DOC and categorize them as SLOB or NON-SLOB (Slow-moving or obsolete inventory) to utilize marketing budget efficiently whilst making sure a positive P&L was maintained.
  • Complete brand ownership for Archer Tech Labs, a computer gaming peripheral brand, witnessed multiple new launches and helped scaling them to #1 bestsellers on Amazon. Worked with Amazon DSP team to reach the right target audience in order to create brand awareness. Successfully was able to grow the revenue by 50% with minimizing other costs in order to increase profitability. Regular hygiene checks for PDP to improve product descriptions, A+ content and more. Come up with a pricing strategy and work with Appario Retail to secure deals to ensure top visibility for relevant keywords.
  • Account Management of UAE Amazon Seller account for multiple brands like Gizga, Aircase, Polestar and Trase. Working on improving product description poage details like titles, descriptions and backend search terms. Working on pricing and discounting strategy to increase order DRR and help identify products with high DRR so that they could be restocked as soon as possible.
