Platform Access

• Spearheaded the project to identify duplicate driver profiles by utilizing driver license information, resulting in the removal of high-risk profiles that had circumvented the existing de-duplication process
• Identified areas of improvement in the de-duplication process
• Collaborated with the Analytics team to execute the project using image recognition to identify fraudulent identity documents, resulting in the identification & removal of 20k driver profiles from the platform thereby reducing potential Safety Risks

Platform Safety

• Point of Contact for Gender sensitization driver education in India, collaborated with 3P vendor Manas and successfully trained 20% of the active drivers supply
• Initiated the project to assess and enhance the effectiveness of safety controls at Uber for early detection of potential bad actors
• Maintained and Analyzed monthly safety dashboard, providing stakeholders with visibility of incident trends, metric changes, and root cause insights

• Worked in a Global team to automate customer support by creating JSON policies that make decisions based on the flows of the knowledge base of different processes resulting in a reduction of average handling time and cost per ticket

• Carried out an extensive Churn analysis for the lower tenure customers for one of the largest US-based technology companies and provided key insights that enabled the client to identify the customers that are likely to churn and provided recommendations to prevent the same
