- I was assigned to this role as in taking inbound calls, my duties are to answer all the calls and queries customers comes up with and also help customer making them understand what type of a loan we provide and if customer feels that the APR is high we need to convince customer that we can offer lower APR and also once they get funded we can arrange the payments according to their pay dates and also lower payment plan.
- I also need to convince the customer to sign the agreement and provide the required documents to proceed further.
