Various projects being handled by me at Maharashtra State Innovation Society are:

• Implementation of pilot projects of Maharashtra Startup Week winner startups with relevant government departments.
• Launch of Maharashtra Startup Yatra across all 36 districts of Maharashtra to engage rural entrepreneurs and innovators.
• Liaison with 17 incubators across Maharashtra supported by MSInS to see their effective functioning.
• Helping startups get mentorship, incubation and funding support through various government schemes and through Maharashtra Innovation and Technological Development Fund.
• Implementation of District Business Plan at district level to facilitate work order to startups to solve locally identified problems.
• Working on several policy initiatives such as Ignition Grants, Deep-Tech funds, virtual Incubation Centre.

Outcomes in terms of my personality development at the organization:

Worked with public health department, in capacity of consultant as well as coordinator for various revamping activities planned.

• Initiation of HMIS at Municipal hospitals for ease of patient referrals amongst MCGM facilities as well as for better patient monitoring and taking data driven preventive measures over the period of time
• Worked in collaboration with MSINS for starting crowdfunding for patients at KEM hospital through ImpactGuru portal and implementation of Haystack Analytics pilot for Covid strain mapping.
• Redesigning of hospital spaces for ease of patient movement
• Also worked in data streamlining activities as well as war room efforts during COVID-19 pandemic.
• Integrated technology and business operations to identify targeted solutions to customer issues
• Analyzed problematic areas to provide recommendations and solutions
• Conducted regular reviews of operations and identified areas for improvement

• Instrumental in institutionalizing menstrual hygiene and POCSO training at School level.
• Worked with DRDA (District Rural Development Authority) and MAVIM (Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamanndal), for handholding of SHGs and making them thriving enterprises over the years
• Working with department of agriculture for effective implementation of various distress relief projects for farmers such as POCRA, Jalyukta Shivar Abhiyaan (water harvesting), Gaal Mukta Dharan (mud free water reservoirs)
• Actively involved in the work of Sewagram Development Plan Authority
• Organized an educational tour under Gandhi Exchange Program -2018 for differently abled students by the name UDAAN
• Actively engaged with Village Social Transformation Foundation fellows for overall development of villages

Business in agricultural machinery, seeds, pesticides and fertilizers at Shevgaon, district Ahmednagar, wherein the firm dealt with customers directly as well as with small shops (Business continues). Expanded it to milk processing plant and cotton seed oil extraction plant. It is a closed loop business set up wherein each activity is related to other and adds value to the firm as well as customers.
