Responsible of organizing all Airport Operations Control Center (AOCC) positions related to flight data and resource allocation and resource allocation short term planning. Monitor the actual operation and has to perform needed changes and take actions to the planned and real time allocation based on operational requirements, dynamic changes of the flight data over the operational day and the activation of the A/C docking system. The objective of actions is to protect the On Time Performance (OTP) of the airport, to ensure operations under the safety regulations and support the operations of DOH hub

• Be constantly aware of the current traffic situation, passenger loads and handling progress
• Real time resource management -Monitor and react on realtime changes in flight timings, aircraft changes by adjusting the resource allocation
• Is responsible for resource planning and allocation, which involves the following : Short term planning of airport hard resources such as stand, baggage carousel , check in counter, gates,hand baggage counters etc..
• Publishing MAYFLY on daily basis
• Handling of various airport emergencies
• Coordination for Repatriation flights and non schedule Cargo
• Approve,plan and coordinate for ad hoc flight operations
• Coordinate and communicate continuously with internal as well as external stakeholders especially on last minute bay changes and in adverse weather or capacity situations
• Report Generation - prepare reports as per department requirements.( Delay reports,DIDFLY, daily and weekly dashboards, Resource Utilisation reports etc.)
• Flight rotations and Gate updation - Finalising
• Aircraft rotations as per Aircraft Departure movement sheet (ADM).

• To contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Clear understanding and expertise in airport operations and capable of handling various emergencies backed by training in MBA Aviation Management.Motivated to learn, grow and excel in Aviation industry. Recognized consistently for performance excellence and contributions to success in day to day AOCC operations.
