I am a development professional with a background in BBA, and I have experience in program implementation, capacity building, and policy support. My work spans key development areas such as financial inclusion, livelihoods, and urban services, where I have engaged with diverse stakeholders to drive impactful, community-oriented solutions. With a focus on data-driven planning and collaborative execution, I aim to contribute to initiatives that advance sustainable and inclusive development.
* Program Leadership: Led the implementation of Satat Jeevikoparjan Yojana, the world’s largest government-led graduation program, supporting over 200,000 households across Bihar.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborated with key technical partners, such as BRAC International, JPAL South Asia, Bandhan Konnagar, and Co-Impact, overseeing program design, funding proposals, and technical assistance frameworks.
Strategic Planning and Presentation: Presented the Ultra-Poor Graduation Approach and Annual Action Plan to the Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, ensuring alignment with state objectives. Conducted brainstorming sessions on “Global poverty and its actionable measures through government intervention” with experts from the World Bank, Telangana SRLM etc.
District Thematic Lead, DPCU, BRLPS Project implementation with various components of the graduation program for ultra-poor households of East Champaran liaised with government departments as part of the convergence program, such as MGNREGA, Health and Sanitation, Excise Department, Water and Sanitation, and Urban Development and Housing Department. Managed the field staff of 150+ graduation coaches, 27 block project managers, and field staff of Bandhan Konnagar. Monitored the identification of ultra-poor households, fund transfer and whole implementation of SJY programme.
