• Leading the design process for complex HVAC systems, including Schematic design, detailed design, and implementation, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Managing multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, overseeing project timelines and resources to ensure successful completion within scope and schedule.
• Providing technical knowledge and expertise in HVAC system design, including heat load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork design, and control strategies.
• Supervising and mentoring junior engineers and designers, providing guidance, support, and technical training to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Resolving technical challenges and troubleshooting issues related to HVAC system performance, operation, and maintenance during design, construction, and operation phases..

• Handled both design and executions of various VRF installations.
• Assisting in the development of HVAC system designs, including equipment selection, ductwork layout, piping systems, and control strategies, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Providing technical support to project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel during the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Generating and maintaining project documentation, including drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Overseeing the commissioning, testing, and startup of HVAC systems to verify performance and functionality according to design specifications.
• Managing project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch list resolution, as-built documentation, and turnover to the client or facility owner.

• Liaising with all other MEP services for issues and solving critical problems
• Coordinate with draftsman for the preparation of shop drawings and construction drawings
• Finding Variation works and preparation of variation invoices
• Designing and BOQ preparation for fit out jobs.

• Copper piping design for VRV.
• Conducted pressure test in pipeline for any leak in weld joints
