Directing and guiding my organization (www.phiedge.co.in) to ensure consistent growth by introducing new business verticals namely HR advisory, HRIS and Talent Acquisition thereby growing business by more than 100% in 3 years. Also managing business growth through new customer acquisitions.

Key Achievements:

  • Have enhanced business growth (Top and bottom line) by 100% in 3 years by launching new businesses, business verticals namely HR advisory, HRIS, Talent Acquisition thus doubling customer base across verticals through digitization and social media marketing strategies.
  • Started a SaaS based HRMS company (ISO27001 + AI enabled)- A business performance solution in AWS cloud. It is SaaS product and comprises of 20+ people modules in web and mobile app. The Tech stack used are Java, Angular, React, MySQL etc. We are serving more than 50 customers with a few international clients and plan to increase our customer database by more than 200 in the coming 2 years. The aim is to be among the top 5 players in the country catering to SMEs.
  • Providing HR advisory services to multiple clients across manufacturing, retail, financial services, IT & ITES, FMCG/ CD, Construction, etc. . The interventions delivered in the past many years for more than 35 clients are as below:
  • Organization Design: Building Vision, mission, values, cultures for organizations/ Bands, Grades, designations, salary ranges/ Job design- job evaluation/ organization restructuring including long range organization structures aligned to business projections/ competency modelling/ Benchmarked HR Processes
  • Leadership development: Leadership coaching (coached more than 80 leaders in the last 3 years)/ Assessment centers/ IDP/ 360-degree review mechanisms/ succession planning and career planning/ leadership grids etc.
  • Compensation & Benefits: C&B strategy & benchmarking/ C&B linked to performance.
  • Learning & Development: L&D strategies & systems including measuring training effectiveness/ training design etc.
  • PMS: Designing organization goals keeping in mind the market dynamics, business projections and dovetailing to dept and individual goals by using various formats like OKR, BSC, MBO etc.
  • Building and enhancing employee engagement through online ESS design and delivery and improved engagement levels through multiple interventions & winning awards for multiple clients.

As a Head HR (onroll 1600 + 3000 off roll), set up robust organisation structures and platforms, processes and systems to attract, develop and retain talent resulting in improved organisation deliveries in line with stake holder expectations namely >35 % reduction in employee attrition and >30% improvement in employee engagement since joining. Digitized the entire HR and made it a paperless function.

Key Achievements:

  • Won the 2017 Gallup Great workplace award for the organisation. Only 4 organizations in the country and among the top 37 organizations globally to have won this prestigious award through a slew of best practices.
  • Reduced the employee attrition from 34 to 20% in a span of 4 years through constant employee communication, adopting industry best practices and monitoring retention strategies.
  • Digitized the entire HR processes and systems (Recruitment& Selection, PMS, Claims, Training, ELCM, Help desk etc.) through introduction of HRIS in web, mobile platform and chat bots.
  • Brought about changes in organization design namely streamlining organization structures, productivity linked manpower planning, aligning designations and grades with industry.
