Currently I am working with UltraTech Cement Limited (Aditya Birla Group) in RMC Division at Gurugram.

Role and Responsibility.

• Handling all Quality Related Activities with safety and under SOPs.
• Performed quality control on raw materials and concrete.
• Enhanced accuracy and reliability of raw material testing methods within the concrete industry.
• Performing testing like sand gradation, cement testing, etc.
• Analyzing the test results of concrete ingredients used for concrete mix.
• Monitoring the Production Process.
• Monitoring the trend on chill water temperature and ice plant consumption for temperature-controlled concrete and consistency in mixes.
• Preparing and doing the External & Internal Calibration for Plant & Laboratory Equipment as per the Frequency Calendar.
• Monitoring the Production Process.
• Conducted meetings with customers and consultants to address inquiries and resolve complaints.

Role and Responsibility

• Handling all Lab Related Activities with Safety and Under SOPs.
• Testing of all raw materials - dolomite powder, white cement, grey cement, GGBS, fly ash, sand, and semi-finish materials.
• Conducted quality testing on a range of finished goods including wall putty, tile adhesive, RMP, BJM, and grout micro-concrete.
• Performed testing of packing material.
• Documented and maintained daily records.
• Reprocessing Rejected/Expired Materials.
• Complaint Handling.
• Handling Audit and its closures.
• Pass F.G., RM, and PM efficiently by using ERP system.
• Calibrated Lab equipment and maintained records.
