Conducted and co-ordinated recruitment process (exam, physical efficiency test and medical) with limited resources for approximate 1500 -2000 students in day in various parts of country.
Automated and streamlined process of pen paper (exam) to Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) worth Rupees 01 crore for 16 centers (pan Navy).
Maintaining internal management system (Neeyukti) in DOT NET for selection process of Officers/ Sailors.
Detailed analysis and co-ordination with vendor for re-designing/ revamping recruitment website (www.joinindinanavy.nic.in) for amount of Rupees 60 Lakhs.
Facilitated interactions with NIC and various companies for modernisation projects with respect to conduct of recruitment process i.e. Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET).
Led team 15 sailors to 200 sailors for sorting approximate 06 Lakhs applications for sailors(each entry) and 01 lakhs application for officers (each entry)
