As a PE I have responsibilities to Flow Assembly line without any interruption with Maintaining Standards of Quality
Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for all functional defects of related models, 4M/5Y Analysis
Responsible for All New Models trial and execution
Responsible for FMEA related to Assembly as well as Testing & packing of assigned Project
Root cause analysis of defects, also preventive actions
Dual Zeroing, Process and Managerial Improvements,
Responsible for Incoming Electronics material of related model, Like Display, Camera , receiver, Motor, Battery also Preventive Actions so that incoming material must have defects under our target
Jig/Fixture Modification if required
Responsible for Process issue, Testing CT, Line Balancing, Testing SWI
Responsible for Machine/Tool Fool proofing, so that Outflow Risk can be minimized
Responsible for MES, scanning of all accessories/parts from Assembly to packing
Responsible for Quality assessment to Help QA so that Market Complains Can be minimized
Responsible for Coupling (ANT-GPS) Loss adjustment and all Operations
Working of CMW -CRO/ NW Analyzer operations & Working NFC/ All Basic Electronics Equipments uses and to draw a fruitful output.
Supported new product development efforts through scale-up activities from pilot-scale testing to full-scale production implementation.
Managed capital projects for the installation of new equipment or modifications to existing systems, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
