As an active member of the organizing committee for my college's annual cultural fest, I was entrusted with significant responsibilities, which allowed me to demonstrate my leadership and organizational skills. I worked closely with a team of fellow students and faculty to coordinate the logistics of various events, including:

• Vendor and Resource Management: Assisted in liaising with external vendors, sponsors, and performers, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and services were delivered on time and within budget.
• Team Coordination: Led a group of 15 volunteers in setting up and managing different event stages, ensuring seamless execution.
• Problem-Solving Under Pressure: Successfully resolved last-minute technical glitches and logistical challenges by thinking on my feet and collaborating with my team.
