TalkTalk - A UK based telecom service provider which makes various alters to their Business policies as per their sales and marketing strategies to provide tailor cut telecom, IPTV and Fiber Broadband services to their customers which require changes in their BSS software in forms of builds which is internally known as TRIO releases. TRIO consists of three major parts which is CRM, Singl.eView and OMP (Order Management and provisioning).The telecom giant introduces its major releases every quarter by making changes in their service plans like: Price Change, Introduction of new packages and propositions (VAS), New Call rate modifiers, Bundle minutes, TV, Fiber and various online services to their customers through their website in order to enhance their sales, strength and revenue.
