• Prepare reports and remit funds associated with the monthly activity, payoffs, short sales, and other events to investors which include A/A, S/A, S/S loans.
• Handling multiple ADHOC requests and activities from different business units, submitting claims on loans to be received from agency, reporting matured loans, repurchase requests, Hazard Suspense Funds etc.
• Balance scheduled/scheduled loan level portfolios, reporting monthly balances and remittances due according to investor guidelines.
• Prepare remittance wires for special investor request, advancing and refunding corporate funds as needed.
• Responsible for minimum P&I cash reconciliation, and test of expected cash analysis.
• Reconciling and clearing the highly aged items from Reserve & Trial balance report of Freddie Mac Reporting on weekly basis.
• Quantify overages and shortages and take appropriate steps to clear variances.
• Prepare wire and GL entries.
• Managing fund advancement during reporting cut-off.
• Perform analysis of system cut-off activity and compare to the remittance methodology.
• Administer new investor boarding, including new headers, custodial accounts, and billing report
• Prepare status reports for monthly matrix
• Research and work with internal and external business partners for timely and accurate identification and resolution of exceptions.
• Manage relationships with GSE and non GSE representatives as it relates to servicing and investor reporting.
• Escalate to management any deficiencies or concerns that might be a potential risk.
• Conducting training and L&D for team members and new joiners.
• Responsible to update Policies & Procedures on timely basis in Company’s Portal.

• Ensuring that reconciliations of accounts for GSE and Non GSE Investors are performed and delivered on timely basis
• Preparing wires and GL entries as needed to remit or clear aged items timely and accurately and performs detailed loan level analysis of loan exceptions, using various servicing systems.
• Ensuring that no outstanding advances exist in Investor’s operating accounts.
• Ensuring that no aged items exists in Payment Clearing Account and other GL accounts.
• Establish and maintain a strong control environment by assisting the Investor Reporting/Accounting teams in clearing the aged items by working with different upstream BUs and/or technology.
• Perform root cause analysis and fix the recurring issues.
• Work independently on ad-hoc projects and other assignments.
• Multi-task and troubleshoot any issues that arise which may have multiple variables that fall outside stipulated guidelines and work closely within the department and other business units to ensure their prompt and accurate resolution.
• Work with Automation Team to improve the existing process and reduce cost.
• Mentoring new team member’s performance and providing constructive feedback to the individuals
• Continuously reviewing processes and procedures and recommends new ones to management and other departments within the company to improve the productivity and quality
• Strictly adhered to the Agency, Regulation AB, USAP and other guidelines for timely and accurate reconciling.
