  • Talent Acquisition: Sourcing of profiles as per the job descriptions, screening and short listing the candidate. Ensuring the vacant position gets closed within TAT.
  • Conducting the documentation process, salary negotiation and reference check.
  • Induction & Onboarding: Ensuring each employee under goes the complete module of induction and are certified before initiating the work profile.
  • Learning & Development: Designing training calendar considering competency mapping, Skill Matrix, Need/gap identification and planning the trainings as per the set calendar.

  • To build network & collaborate with external resources such as training agencies/external trainers, community colleges and Universities.

  • Organization Development: Conducting awareness sessions on Role clarification of employees twice in a year.
  • Conducting 360 degree feedback surveys for the professional employees once a year and sharing the report with Management and employees.
