• Designed and developed the Corrective action micro service in Monitoring and observability platform which consumes the OCI events based on alarm triggered in OCI monitoring, and initiates the corrective action to fix the problem associated with raised alarm.
• Revamped the alarm syncing service by improving code quality in terms of performance by threading, reducing external API calls & extending the service for multiple regions.
• Working on consolidating the customer onboarding service for Monitoring and Observability teams by redesigning the architecture to support existing onboarding process as well as new customers.
• Improved the OCI service health service API's performance by 60% which involved the redis cache implementation, multi threading, unit testing and performance testing.

Worked as part of B2B application (Backend), RedproWin (Bus vendor analytics tool) for multiple

geographies. Closely working with product team and EM to build and deliver the features like

Bus Operator Ads and CST(Competition Scanner Tool).

Integrated APM with our application for better monitoring of system. Which helped in

identifying and fixing performance issues.

Designed and Developed(Backend) the Competition Scanner tool for bus vendors where they

can configure the competitor bus vendor services. Here Bus vendor can monitor the price,

occupancy changes over multiple days and early sale days. And the proper recommendations are

given to bus vendors for better pricing.

Developed the efficient and scalable system by using Kafka to consume the data from internal

services for real time monitoring. Used PostgreSQL as main Data storage and Go for Backend

API's.

Built supporting data pipelines to fetch around a million rows of data from internal redBus

services.

Developed the Bus Operator Ads feature which helped the operations team and bus vendors

to optimize the blocking of inventory for Ads which resulted in increased revenue.

Worked on B2B Scheduler application for large US based automotive domain client.

Designed and implemented the features using Python and SQL in Scheduler application.

Worked with message broker and task queue to scale the Testrail syncing feature and decouple

the services.

Cyber Security of autonomous vehicles. Where I validated the cyber security of various ECU's

used in autonomous vehicles. Cyber attacks like DOS,DDOS and MITM were performed on TCU,

ECG and SYNC using automated tools.
