• Oversee on-site execution of community programs.
• Conduct needs assessments for specific communities and towns
• Design and implement tailored community programs, trainings, seminars, workshops and community awareness and participation programs.
• Public consultation and effective participation of women councilors in CLCs and ULB/MBs.
• Assist in setting up a grievance redressal mechanism at the town level.
• Create and promote health and welfare programs for low-income families, especially women and children.
• Create a women-friendly work environment and increase the proportion of women in PMU / PIU and contractor’s office.
• Awareness campaign in water supply and sewerage connection, NRW reduction, contract works, O&M services at city level.
• Consultation on project-related issues such as procedures for water and sewerage connections, and tariffs; public meetings and women only FGDs with women leaders, RWAs women’s SHGs and other community-based groups on issues such as: water, sanitation and health, personal / females hygiene, social safety, women’s access to property rights.
• Take charge of preparing comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports, meticulously documenting travel details to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.
