• All major and continuous breakdowns’ analysis, planning and ensure execution of necessary remedies
• Preventive Maintenance and continuous process development across plant to ensure overall enhancement of plant productivity and performance
• Budget Preparation & monitoring of plant maintenance related expenses
• Ensure successful implementation of maintenance and reliability systems throughout plant: PM, TPM, Work Place Organization
• Ensure maintenance of spares for preventive & breakdown maintenance
• Monitor and evaluate Maintenance practices to ensure conformance to established specifications.

• Plant machineries troubleshooting, PLC programming and maintenance to ensure maximum uptime for production
• All major and continuous breakdowns’ analysis, planning and ensure execution of necessary remedies
• Preventive Maintenance and continuous process development across plant to ensure overall enhancement of plant productivity and performance
• Ensure planning and executions of all new and modification projects relating to electrical and automation
• Carry out all responsibilities in absence of department Head in accordance with organization's policies and applicable laws
• Projects:-
• During Project stage, executed installation & commissioning of all finishing Line equipments like RTR, Expander, Hydro tester, UT, Digital X-ray, End Beveling and all material handling systems
• Integrated Robotic PLC system for tab joint purpose
• Integrated Robotic PLC system for Bead grinding Purpose
• New system development for forming mill weld defects identification & repair.

• Plant machineries troubleshooting, PLC programming and maintenance to ensure maximum uptime for production
• Handling of shift related activities like breakdown & preventive Maintenance
• Updating and monitoring of all machines’ data, PLC and Drives’ back-up
• All major and continuous breakdowns’ analysis, planning and ensure execution of necessary remedies
