• Worked and provided solutions extensively on on-premise Active Directories, and have worked on maintaining the migration and synchronization between On-Premise setup and On-Cloud Tenant Active Directory.
• Worked and gained experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, which includes, but isn't limited to:

1. Exchange Online setup and management.

2. Microsoft Defender (setting up anti-spam policies etc.)

3. Entra Identity (setting up Conditional Access policies and other security features and requirements which need to be implemented accross the tenant)

• Worked on Virtual Environments maintained on VMWare vSphere and also helped troubleshoot and configure the environment in case of any issue.
• Worked on Security Incident Alerts from SOC and their remediation.
• Helped maintain the network infrastructure for various clients in the project.

• Consulted and discussed regularly with various client teams to confirm the best practices, according to stakeholder recommendations.
• Helped support technical issues and bugs on client systems.
• Have experience in creating virtual machines and maintaining them for possible error encounters.
• Experience in dealing with international clients from the US and UK.
• Have a knack for troubleshooting common desktop application failures, web application failures, and network failures.
• Gained experience on some cloud platforms as well, like Microsoft Azure.
