• Objective: To analyze pricing journey of CoSo clients & identify opportunities in current process, ascertain their financial impact
• Aligned with the ADP’s strategic initiatives with potential impact of $6 million unbilled price increase every year
• Worked with the team & identified opportunities (5 scenarios) with additional potential revenue of $111,335 (5 clients) in FY’24

Solution Centre Dashboard

• Objective: To design the dashboard for Solution center using Qualtrics tool
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights
• Helped quality auditors to increase the efficiency of call auditing from 6.25% to 25%
• Sampling of data has been made easier by using Sentiment Analysis
  UX Design and analysis resulted in customer-centric decision-making process

SR Analysis

• Objective: Client Contact Reduction
• Identified opportunities to reduce client service requests (SR) by 70%, through root cause analysis of 1000 sampled SRs
• Saved 66 hours effort/month : enhanced client verification report with new user id column, resulting in faster delivery
• Increased efficiency of disbursement process by 2.4% through file cleanup initiative
