As a team lead, I am responsible for end to end management of project workstreams which includes tasks such as Current state assessment, Hypothesis building through data and process analysis, Benchmarking, Solutioning, Initiatives design and implementation. Depending on the complexity of projects, I have worked with a team of 2-3 analysts and consultants. I have delivered projects such as cost optimization, pricing strategy, operating model and process redesign amongst others.

Some Key Projects Delivered -

• Currently working for a 2 wheeler giant in India to reduce their outbound logistics spend. Have achieved spend reduction of ~20% on my workstreams by exercising levers such as zero based costing, contracting model, load consolidation, load-ability improvement & co-loading, etc.
• Improved in-resort food & beverages and spa spend per visitor by 12% for a vacation sharing business based in India by leveraging ML based pricing strategy, re-designing of assortment, combos & promotion strategy personalized for users, Season based dynamic pricing model
• Helped an energy and utilities giant to reduce their manpower cost by redesigning operating model and process flows

Distribution Manager - North & East Zone (Feb'21- Mar'22)

• Managed fulfillment planning and operations of nearly INR 400 Cr per month for entire North and East region in the country overseeing 6 Distribution Centers and 56 Forwarding warehouses
• Lead a team of 11 warehousing and logistics managers for ensuring supply at 96% service levels overall
• Implemented automation of routine activities of Execution Managers that has improved delivery turn around time and planning accuracy

Special Programs Manager (Jul'19 - Feb'21)

• Implemented JDA Inventory Optimization & Enterprise Supply Planning Automation for end to end Inventory & Distribution planning
• Inventory planning and analysis for entire Supply Chain network across India which has led to reduction in inventory by 60Cr per month
• Designed and launched the CEAT Saathi program in CEAT BPOs to enhance sales and service capabilities to small dealers resulting in 28% increase in dealer retention within a year as well as Outbound BPO Sales of INR 4+ Cr in FY20

Management Trainee (May'18 - Jun'19)

• During Supply Chain stint, streamlined Exports planning for customers for 110+ countries and automated exports sticker planning module
• During Manufacturing stint, optimized Beads production line using theory of constraints to improve productivity by 40% in Nasik Plant
• During Sales stint, handled 3 dealers and achieved their 3 months sales target as well as identified and opened 6 new sub-dealers in Punjab region
