Greetings, my name is Antwan Walker. It is nice to meet you. I am a former United States Marine with an honorable service of 8 years. During my service, I was a former Mortar man (Weapon Operation/Maintenance Technician) with 1st Battalion 3rd Marines 3rd Division, a Marine Guard in which I was attach to the Marine Security Augmentation Task Force with Training Education Command (TECOM), Acted as a Humanitarian ambassador at the National Museum of the Marine Corps for the visitor and education department, and completed my service as an training instructor with War fighting Training battalion in Quantico, VA. I currently am a Home Health Aide through Interim Healthcare where I am provide professional caregiving skills with solid experience providing compassionate and efficient in-home support. I am skilled in medication management, personal care, and patient mobility, ensuring optimal comfort and safety, adaptable to changing needs, and consistently reliable in delivering high-quality care. I recently was enrolled as a student at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), in which I began my academic career in January 2020. I graduated with an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice in April-May 2022. I then automatically transition into my Bachelors degree program. I plan to attend UMGC again soon. I will be majoring in computer science and cyber security with a minor in business of law upon completion. Based on my experiences I bring a diverse, professional, and versatile set of skills that are essential to any work and/or professional environment.
