• Handling the shift as a Manager and also responsible for Team's performance with regards to utilization, banker communication, deadlines and efficiency of the presentations done by the team.
• Having a team of 13 members and responsible for their performance, preparing their reports and addressing the challenges and mentoring them by giving necessary solutions
• Addressing the banker in terms of escalation with regards to deadlines, communication and quality
• Creating shift allocation on a monthly basis for the whole team
• Responsible for Shift/Team's attendance and salary details on a monthly basis
• Sending reports to the management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Build client relationships by responding to inquiries, identifying and assessing clients' needs, resolving problems and following up with potential and existing clients.

• Organizing daily workflow and assessed appropriate staffing to provide optimal service.
• Supervising daily operations and sales functions to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction and employee productivity.
• Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within appropriate timeframes and followed up to achieve resolution.
