● Having 7 years of experience in design and development with support and handling escalations,Working on Windchill PLM/PDM & Creo software.
,Responsible for conducting design review & on time deliverables.
Support Work :-
Monitoring ticketing queues and mails to make sure that the Incidents/ Requests are closed within given SLA without impacting the business
• Monitoring Windchill servers and troubleshooting for error logs.
• Monitoring mailbox for various server alerts including device down, service down, space alerts and timely escalating for resolution.
• Escalating to the field engineers for on time resolution within SLA.
• Initiating P1/P2 Bridge calls and sending the Major Incidents to the executives in timely manner to keep them updated.
• Taking part in Change Management processes being applied on Windchill servers and updating the required teams in advance regarding the downtime.
• Training and helping the juniors in understanding the process
• Creating the excel reports, SOP document and shift rosters. Creating & working in 24/7 rotating shift schedules.
• Assisting seniors in Creating PPTs for presentation
• Managing the schedules for the patching activities and the approved windows to avoid the major down times impacting the flow.
