• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and offboarding processes.
• Support payroll coordination and benefits administration by maintaining accurate HR data.
• Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries and documentation requests.
• Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR records as per legal requirements. ISO / Quality Management Support:
• Assist in maintaining ISO-related HR documentation, manuals, procedures, and records.
• Coordinate internal ISO audits, external audits, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Track non-conformities and support closure through proper documentation and monitoring
• Ensure departments adhere to approved HR and ISO procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization efforts. Reporting & Coordination:
• Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and dashboards as required by management.
• Coordinate HR training programs, inductions, and awareness sessions related to compliance and ISO.
