• Manage JIRA on daily basis, keeping tickets updated with no pending details (Including Description/Acceptance Criteria/Comments). Program Increment (PI) Planning with the stakeholders on every PI to plan the work in all the sprints in advance (later we can do the trade in discussion with the client, if any new high priority item is required in the current PI). Daily Standup with teams to keep the work on track or check if there are blockers. Communication with clients to provide the update for the ongoing work/blockers and planning for upcoming work. Planning priority items (discussed with clients) for every Sprint and create a sprint Retro at the end of the sprint. Personally, testing all the sprint items before release to QA team. Debug the issue before it has reached to the dev, to save their valuable time. Once a week we are doing the defect triage call.
