- Responsible for production activities on shop floor.
- Daily production monitoring plan vs actual gap.
- Feeding day wise SAP production and maintained SAP vs physical.
- Monitoring OPR, Machine availability and rejection quality on shop floor.
- Inventory control of WIP and FG , physical vs actual.
- Controlling on manpower absentees and daily maintain m/p attendance.
- Maintained check sheet like Gemba, Dwm, 5S, 4M, 4M Control check sheet, First part approval, Lux level, Consumable inventory sheet, jig, Die, tool life and monthly MRM complete activities.
- Prefering safety first , 5S activities than production & quality control.
- Maintain discipline and 5S on the shop floor.
- Saving cost by reducing scrap and continuous improvement.
- Making shift schedule of manpower according to plan & prodution etc.
