ii. 3D Modelling of various Grinding Mill parts namely Trunnion, Head, Shell, Gear Guard, Gear, Pinion, etc
iii. Part Drawing, Manufacturing Drawing, Fabrication Drawing, Lifting Drawing & GA drawing preparation
iv. Bill of Material (BOM), Drawings, required manufacturing specifications & ITPs transfer to PLM & ERP for smooth order processing
iv. Basic Engineering Calculations for lifting, installation and Rotating Fasteners
v. Training of Team to transit on new PLM & ERP tools like ENOVIA & S4.
vi. Technically cleaning of existing parts in ERP by revising legacy drawing as per latest Metso standards, attaching updated specs & ITP in ERP.

• 3 months Internship
• I've worked with Industrial Quality team(Car Body Shop) of FLEXITY Vienna(Capital of Austria) LRV(Light Rail Vehicle/Tram) Project. In Vienna project, Alstom has to manufacture 94 Tram sets and deliver it to Austria. During my internship I have learnt various technical things enlisted below:
  
  i. Non Destructive Testing(NDT/NDE) of weld joints namely VT, PT, RT, RTFI as per ISO 5817, ISO 23277 and ISO 9712.
  ii. GD&T measurements as per ISO 13920.
  iii. Stage wise inspection of parts right from setup till Final Inspection.
  iv. Analysis of Raw Data on daily and weekly basis, creating an interactive Dashboard using Excel & Power BI. It includes Defect pareto, Welder wise Defects, Joint wise defects,etc.
  v. Calculation of various KPIs namely RFT(Right in First Time), DPU(Defects Per Unit), etc.
  vi. Also got an exposure to learn SAP QM module. Used SAP QM to Raise Non Conformity Report(NCRs) so that concerned person/other departments align with the issue & contribute to resolve non conformity.
  vii. Also learnt about resolving customer complaints. Training of shopfloor team so that same defects are not passed on to customer again. Root Cause Analysis.
  viii. Implementation of Corrective Action to minimize defects.
  ix. Work Station Audit and Process Audit.
  x. Also learnt about WPS(Welding Procedure Specification), Weld Map, various welding symbols,etc
  xi. Calculation of Cycle Time and OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

• Department: Oncology Injectables - Production
• I have worked in Production Department, Oncology injectables in Formulation IV of Alembic at Panelav, Halol manufacturing Onco Injectables for US Market. My work involve:
  i. Managing Autoclave activity
  ii. Managing External Vial Washing and Sealing Machine
  iii. Revising SOPs, assigning it to entire department team for training in LMS.
  iv. Also got an opportunity to witness USFDA Audit.
