Provides Sales, Business Development and Account Management services to EY Entities across the globe for their Priority Accounts.
The work portfolio deals with Engagement Management Redesign and includes:
- Providing client with industrial insights & solution by research on internal and external sources
- Relationship management of EY Partners and Directors with key client decision makers
- New Business Development for the assigned portfolio of accounts
- Preparing research papers and dashboards with peer analysis, credit rating, SWOT analysis, analyst views, client pitch books etc. for supporting the pursuits of new opportunities
- Proactively developing relationships with key client/stakeholder contacts, gaining recognition as a professional and reliable team resource. Collaborating with colleagues to understand client needs and requirements
- Developing and supporting account and revenue planning efforts, executing the account strategy and deliver on the objectives, monitoring and reporting on the account results
- Facilitating the adherence to project planning deliverables and timelines for the team.
- Proactively supporting the account team with administrative tasks, opportunity and pipeline management
- Owning account data quality process by regularly checking and updating CRM & other financial databases
- Managing internal and external communications via creating and distributing account/industry specific newsletters and thought leadership publications
- Preparing & maintaining pipeline reporting and CRM for the Partners and Directors
- Overlooking and Coordinating internal & external approvals for opportunities and engagements
- Manage Account team reporting and the utilization of firm tools – manage analysis and tracking of the account’s key performance indicators such as revenue, margins and pipeline against the plan
- Company and industry research using various tools like Factiva, Thomson, OneSource, Company Infogator, D&B etc.
Additional Roles & Responsibilities-
- Knowledge Champion (Subject Matter Expert) for CRM data maintenance with responsibility of ensuring implementation of standardized best practices by training and coaching team members as well as reviewing the final deliverable
- Internal MIS reporting and analysis of the team productivity.
- Resource allocation within the team.
- Review and quality checks for peers.
