CLIENT: BOROUGE- PACKAGE 4 (ADNOC- BOREALIS JOINT VENTURE)

• Participate in TBT and ensure effectiveness for the job to be performed
• Ensure valid Permit To Work and is followed properly
• Ensuring the lifting plan, Lifting and rigging data sheet are prepared correctly and followed in accordance with HSE instructions
• Ensure JSA, task brief, training, and supporting documents of workers before performing the work
• Continuous surveillance of the work site and intervene in case of unsafe work or condition
• Daily submission of HSE observations and BBS coaching to Tecnimont
• Ensure Safety norms from client and legal requirement are followed
• Ensure basic welfare facilities (TSF, drinking water, wash rooms, PPEs, weather protection etc.) are available and functional
• Coordinating with Borouge and Tecnimont during weekly walkthrough and daily site inspections
• Conducting mock drills with Client, Safety equipment/device inspection and maintenance (Gas Monitors, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, First aid, IVMS, chemical spill kit etc.)
• Ensuring vehicles and equipments are functioning safe and legal and contractor inspections are completed
• Enhance and promote Safety culture within the organization by conducting several safety programs
• Conduct HSE Audits and inspections frequently to reduce the risk ALARP

CLIENT: OCCIDENTAL OF OMAN, PROJECT: SAFAH-FAHUD ONSHORE RIG DRILLING SUPPORT

• Oxy (Occidental Oman) monthly HES Scorecard Program- Monthly submission of HSE data and score based ranking on HSE performance among all contractors
• Developing and reviewing HSE policy, procedures, plans, JSAs and HSE manuals and ensuring all activities are adhering to Safety norms
• Conducting risk assessment for all activities, recommending and implementing control measures and ensuring which are followed
• Coordinating with team in developing and review SSW documents like Work permits, lifting plans, JSAs and ensuring all high risk activities are carried out under full HSE compliance and LOTO is applied when necessary
• Conducting site, yard, plants, fleets, equipment, camp and facilities (kitchen hygiene, food safety) inspection based on OPAL (PDO) and Hazard Hunts (electrical, drop objects, hand safety, slip trip fall etc.) on different HSE scopes and ensuring residual risk is ALARP
• Conducting daily Tool Box Talk and Pre-Tour meetings, Induction trainings, weekly safety meetings, Safety Stand-Down meetings, and conducting Health & well-being programs like games, awareness of Health hazards
• Conducting route survey for RIG-move and ensuring rig move conducting safely by following all HSE2 standards, and requirement
• Ensuring logistic operations, dispatching of RIG equipment (casing, BOP, ROP etc.) are under HSE compliance
• Conducting management visits (Boots-On-The-Ground) with OXY Drilling/ Well service HSE Team to site to ensure HSE compliance on all other Projects and Competency-Improvement-Program
• Safety equipment/device inspection and maintenance (H2S,Gas Monitors fire alarms, fire extinguishers, First aid, IVMS, chemical spill kit etc.) and conducting mock drills for fire/ first aid/ evacuation/ chemical spill drills
• Investigating accident, incident, near miss, staff turnover/ leave, occupational sick/ illness, and implementing control measures
• Conducting medical tests (FTW, drug and alcohol test) and ensuring Health monitoring conducted properly during high risk activities
• Ensuring COSHH is applied when storing and using chemical, and SDS is cascaded to chemical handling crew
• Taking biweekly and monthly PPT presentations with client (PDO and OXY) regarding observations, implementation and new HSE ideas

CLIENT: KSTP (KERALA STATE TRANSPORT PROJECT), PUNALUR STATE HIGHWAY ROAD PROJECT

• Conducting daily tool box talks, Induction training to new joiner Conducting monthly safety trainings to various crew and weekly HSE Meeting to mass crew
• Conducting monthly Site, Labor camp, equipment (including tower cranes), fleet inspection and documenting reports, recommended actions and implementing control measures
• Coordinating with procurement team regarding Calibration, maintenance & inspecting safety devices
• Conducting medical test (FTW) and vaccinations of all employees (Covid-19)
• Solving public issues regarding company project and operations
• Ensuring traffic safety, barricading and posting signage at required area and ensuring all communications are clear to understand by public
• Ensuring Work permit is issued for lifting, confined space entry, hot works and equipment maintenance and LOTO is applied
• Monthly inspection of Tar (asphalt), aggregate mixing units, SCBA, CABA etc
• Presenting PPTs on Safety performance and weekly statistics at BPCL
• Ensuring excavations and work at heights are done following BPCL SOP
• Investigating accidents / incidents/ occupational illness

• Providing Induction training to newly joining employees
• Conducting Site inspection, machinery and equipment inspection and approving/ rejecting from use
• Conducting yearly medical test (fit to work) to employees
• Ensuring permit is issued for all high-risk activities (welding, work at height, lifting)
• Coordinating with Site HSE Manager for audits, management inspections, legal/ statutory requirements, accident investigation, JSA review etc.
• Daily observation closeout and maintaining documents
• Monthly inspection of hoisting equipment and lifting gears
