

Currently i am working as TSM based out of Guwahati looking after Meghalaya Market In Pernod Ricard India and i gained 6+ years of Experience of Liquor Trade where previously i was looking after different HQ's(Dhanbad , Ranchi and Jamshedpur) handling 16 Districts of Jharkhand covering more than 70%+ Districts of Jharkhand over the span of 6 years giving me a flexible and adaptable approach of working in different market dynamics with diverse team members also providing Exposure to District Excise/State Excise/JSBCL and different RTM's (Corporation Market , Wholesale Market , Private Wholesale Govt Retail , Govt RTM (Govt Outlet and Govt Wholesale).I learned different aspects of business as i was involved in several different tasks of Sales Forecasting , Label Registration/Renewal/Payment/OFS Planning/Clearance/Road Permits and also know how of Factory Operations for smooth and timely dispatches whenever needed.
I started my career in 2016 with ITC LTD where i went through training programme of 6 months in Patna Market and then handled Daltongunj HQ for two weeks but with company need and feedback from my mentors i was transferred to West Singhbhum HQ to look after 4 other Districts in Foods and Personal Care division both as Personal care contributed to 28% of Branch sales due to Border Markets.
Then i was promoted and transferred to Ranchi market handling one of the biggest market of Bihar/Jharkhand contributing 18% of Foods business turnover. I handled total of 6 Distributors and 32 DSM with 6 Team leader under me.
I was part of several portfolio launches in Foods and PCP Division during my tenure gaining exposure of both Rural and Urban markets.
