Roles and responsibility:

Denial Management:

• Work on claim which denied/rejected by insurance/payer sites for any reasons, it need to verify from our side for any correction (if any), verify the insurance portal/websites and send the claim back for reprocessing to insurance/payer.

Payment Posting:

• Need to check bank site for reporting, update the daily reporting tracker to upload the payment data, after payment posting for the mentioned account, and send the details to client about status
• Also have to be notifying the client for missing payment or any payment related issue.

Appeal Management, AR Support & Proposal:

• Based on payer response/request for Medical records, send the details via insurance’s convenient ways (Fax, Payer Portal or E-mail).
• Handle AR team request to prepare invoices for any request.
• Work on proposed amount which offered by payer, have to be calculate based on guidelines and respond back to payers on both Acceptance and Rejection proposed amount.

Responsibility:

• Check daily basis downloaded files from various bank portals and distribute to associate
• Check daily basis e-mails from client site and respond back with TAT
• Maintain daily basis productivity log and team details and do response to Manger on daily basis.

• Increased sales and customer satisfaction through personalized servicing.

• Scanned documents and saved in database to keep records of essential organizational information.
