• CPT Chasing/Tracking of Orders and Working towards Customer Obsession
• Executing the Overall Task from Order Packing to Delivery of Goods to Customer
• Man Power Planning and Allocating Jobs/Duties for FC Associate
• Responsible for Guiding, Directing Sub ordinates, Including Setting Performance Standards and Monitor Performance
• Track and Analyze Volume Trends & C Returns and Warehouse Damages
• Ensure FC associates have proper tools to perform the job and coordinate repair or replacement when needed
