- Equipment Functioning and improvement - Planned and executed calibration of Equipment & devices from different agencies (In-house and External sources), Made controlled Work startup system to check Equipment's parameters and Interlock the critical parameters of Equipments with Line.
- · Scratch identification, Analysis and closure – Lead the project for identification and did closure by doing various result oriented projects as My-cover implementation for the vehicle, Magnetic to Non-Magnetic jig and my-cover conversion, covering all Line Tools, bits and sockets with protector.
- · Study the tightening joints as per BOM and implemented tools as per policy, interlocked the Critical and Maru-A joints with Limit wrench torquing in grey areas, and developed the In-house kaizen to interlock the Panasonic and Makita tools to interlock the tightening with line.
- · Implemented the Software based technology to capture the achieved torque of tightened joints, and using the data to correct the joints achieved torque values.
- · Work with multi department and Teams to resolve the quality related concern, Jigs and fixture related issues, defects reported using the Quality tools as Fishbone diagram, Why why analysis. Few of the critical resolved issues were Dust plate loose cases in EECO, Back door scratch and dent in EECO, Scratch on Cross member, Fender, Sill area in Jimny.
- · Worked with a dedicated team of 20 members for preventive maintenance of Jigs, Fixture, Pallets, Trolleys, Covers, Working Table and verification of various Quality parameters of Equipments which affect the quality of vehicle.
