Custom clearance app for FedEx improves trade efficiency and compliance. With a user-friendly interface, it streamlines customs processes and integrates seamlessly with FedEx's systems for real-time updates and regulatory compliance. Leveraging OCR and automation, it speeds up clearance while ensuring accuracy. Robust security and reporting capabilities enhance data protection and decision-making. Scalable and supported, it meets current and future logistics challenges.

Responsibility:  
In a Scrum team of 10, I lead and contribute individually. I oversee story grooming, requirements, and PI planning, assisting with technical and business queries. I track the development lifecycle, manage code deployment, and provide support for incidents. Additionally, I coordinate bridge calls to resolve high-priority production defects.
