• Guide and train assistant instructors and junior coaches
• Help maintain consistent teaching standards across the academy or club Player Development
• Track student progress with reports, videos, date
• Coach competitive players (club team, state players, elite juniors) if required
• Organize player assessments and skill tests. Technology and Equipment
• Operate and maintain teaching technology (launch monitors, putting analysis, swing software)
• Advise students on club fitting, equipment selection, and custom fitting. Member Engagement and Client Building
• Build strong relationships with members, guests, and students
• Create events like demo days, skill challenges, golf schools
• Promote instruction programs via social media, newsletters, and in-house marketing Administration
• Maintain lesson booking schedules
• Collect and report teaching hours, revenue, and student feedback
• Assist in managing the academy’s business goals

• Giving private lessons and clinics
• Utilizing advanced technology such as TrackMan and Capto to enhance the learning experience and deliver precise, data-driven golf instruction
• Managing and mentoring the assistant golf pros and instructors
• Overseeing golf operations (tee sheet, caddies, golf carts and events)
• Supervising the golf shop (sales, merchandising)
• Creating programs for juniors, ladies, beginners, and advanced players
• Building relationships with members and guests
• Sometimes setting playing standards and club rules
• Conducting golf tournaments for juniors, corporates and members

• Managing tee time bookings and pace of play
• Organizing and executing tournaments and member events
• Handling golf cart fleet management
• Supervising the golf shop (sales, inventory)
• Managing the team (starters, marshals, golf shop attendants)
• Working with the course maintenance team on course conditions
• Ensuring members and guests have a smooth golf experience
• Setting and managing the operations budget
• Involved in hiring golf professionals/instructors
• Conduct individual lesson and golf clinics
• Teaching fundamentals: grip, stance, posture, swing, short game and putting
• Developing practice plans for students

• Organizing tournaments and events
