Responsibilities include:

• Analysis of BRD documents - by working with product and application teams
• Create test plans and test cases

• Regular execution of the automation regression test cases

• Raising defects in lower environments like QA, UAT, Preprod etc, and retesting the same post fixes

Managed test and QAOps teams for below two products:

• Webmethods Cloud Container Product: This product is a migration platform for existing Webmethods Integration Server customers from On-premise to Cloud. Currently this product supports AWS cloud only. However, use of Dockers and Kubernetes make this product Cloud Agnostic.
• Webmethods.IO Integration: This is the cloud first product designed to have new customers on-boarded for Integration use cases. This product supports AWS and Azure cloud providers currently. Use of Dockers and Kubernetes make this product Cloud Agnostic.

I managed the QAOps team for these products. My responsibility and accountability start with creating feature test plans (in Confluence), regression test bed (in Jira), UI and API automation for functional testing, Reliability and Load testing as part of non functional test, CI/CD pipeline building and container's image management and deployment for QAOps processes, Test setup and signing off features in each of these environments of CI/CD.

Led test automation and QA teams across multiple application in the area of Core Banking, Customer Management and Customer On-boarding.

The scope of my work was to automate the various business scenarios that were used for testing the NF System using RFT and QTP in DARTS framework.
