Project Abstract: FTP is a Tier-1 platform for processing real-time trades received from multiple clients and order management systems in various formats/types and routing them to respective fund admin/matching & confirmation/pricing platforms while performing data cleansing, enrichment, translations, and validations to ensure the correctness and accuracy of data

Responsibilities:

• Led and managed a team of 8 to 10 data engineers for the end-to-end development of critical projects like "BlackRock Aladdin integration", "Calypso Data Uploader migration", "Multifonds integration", "On-boarding high profile and critical clients" etc.
• Designed and executed different data strategies viz integration, migration, segregation, privacy, lineage, cataloguing, archiving and purging, reporting and analysis etc. for onboarding/ offboarding clients and platforms, or address regulatory requirements.
• Evaluated existing design and architecture for potential optimization opportunities, and delivered performance enhancement changes, resulting in a 40% overall improvement.
• Identified areas involving manual processes and implemented automation to increase operational efficiency and save several man-hours.
• Maintain and enhance processes around agile practices, coding and design standards, peer reviews, and other quality assurance practices.
• Plan, initiate, and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders and other teams.
• Conducted project post-mortems to analyze project performance, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
• Actively involved in production support activities for better incident management and quicker resolution.

Project Name: Invesco PAS Staging
Applications: Markit EDM (CADIS) 10.2, SQL Server 2008, Team Foundation Server (TFS) & Microsoft Test Manager (MTM)
Project Abstract: Platform for Mastering and Maintenance of Global Account, Security and Position data. It involved implementation of various CADIS components to; fetch data from the different sources, handling the various types of exceptions, mastering of the data and creation of exports for the downstream systems as per the requirements.

Project Abstract: HSBC Asset Management migrated its back-office operations for US and Canada from an internal legacy system to an external vendor. It involved implementation of end-to-end trade life cycle involving front office system, data integration and back-office system.
