Project Details:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify and cover adverse findings/adverse media and prepare confidential reports on prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare concise analysis of key findings for client teams and Risk Management leadership to highlight potential risks.
• Using various news, legal and regulatory databases like Factiva.
• LexisNexis, Pacer- US court records, Visual Compliance, SEC, FINRA etc.
• Have experiences in working closely with US clients and communicating with them to understand & identify their requirements, and correctly managing expectations.

Work Details: Used to prepare financial blogs on U.S Public companies in Medical Instruments & Technology sector and prepare earnings reports on quarterly results of the companies.
