With nearly a decade of experience managing functional testing projects for major banks in the US and UK, I have acquired a deep understanding of financial regulations and extensive domain knowledge in banking and payments. This expertise was further refined during my 2.5-year tenure at a leading bank in Scotland, where I worked on-site at the client's location in the UK. Holding both an MCA and BCA degree from Indraprastha University, Delhi, I aim to leverage my existing skillset as a Test Lead/Manager or Testing Consultant.

Customer Due Diligence (05/2020 - Present) 

• Managed team of manual and automation testers as a Test Lead and onsite counterpart for 2.5 years in the UK and continuing the same in India.
• Involved in all testing activities: scope analysis, test plan creation, test estimations, test scenarios creation, maintaining requirement traceability, providing walkthrough of test scripts to business analysts, test data mining from production records, execution of test scripts, defect reporting & root cause analysis, preparing Test completion reports, production implementation & post-production support.
• Responsible for demonstrating functionalities at the end of every release during "Show and Tell" sessions to programme heads and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Release Managers, Product Owners, Senior Stakeholders and supported Business Analysts & Scrum Masters to volunteer assist in their activities.

Digital Books and Records (11/2019 - 05/2020) 

• Responsible for ETL testing on production data before migration from legacy to new database which involved: processing flat files received from third parties using autosys jobs, validation of loaded records using SQL queries, verifying the UI reports generated based on the data loaded and defect tracking using JIRA.
• Worked during live proving and testing of warranty fixes discovered during live proving. Involved in test case creation, test execution, defect tracking, and preparing various testing documents.

Open banking (03/2019 - 11/2019) 

• Test the open banking API that helps customers with the ease of accessing all their bank accounts' information at a centralised location.
• Responsible for test data mining through mainframe database, creation of test data using JSONs, executing test scripts using IntelliJ IDE, and defect tracking using JIRA.
• Tools used: Tools used: JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, Mainframe Web Connect, IntelliJ, Selenium with Java.

Independent Commission on Banking (ICB) and General Data Protection Regulation (10/2017 - 03/2019) 

• Responsible for initiating domestic and international payments and testing it through the entire payment workflow.
• Worked extensively on Payments & Cards Domains.
• Tools used: HP ALM, SharePoint, Mainframe Web Connect, UFT.

Investment Data Warehousing (IDW) (07/2015 - 10/2017) 

• Responsible for ETL testing on production data before migration from legacy to new database.
