Introduced a new Payment Type to acquire Customers via our Accq app wherein around 1 million orders were punched monthly.
Orchestrated the application flow using a spring-based State machine wherein an order has to go through a different state to be finally punched to CRM.
Introduced a new payment Flow where users can pay through a dynamic QR Code for the entire cart wherein we listened payment events through KAFKA.
Designed and developed E-KYC flow for both Airtel retailer Onboarding and customer acquisition in the E-caf app which involved 4 micro-services.
Designed And Developed Fire-Order-In-Sync encompassing all lines of business which increased the retention of Airtel black customers by almost 80% using Solace And Rabbit Mq event to trigger the orders.
Developed a micro-service where all schedulers were migrated.
Developed a Scheduler using - to send payment reminders to customers every 12 hours for the next 5 days.
Onboarded a new Lob and developed end-to-end app journey for Selling Xsafe Cameras and stitched it for upfront payment.
Designed and Developed Transfer of ownership in Postpaid.
Utilized Git for version control to manage project repositories efficiently.
Developed and maintained RESTful APIs as part of day-to-day responsibilities.
