- Supporting the strategic functions of QCI Chairperson Shri Jaxay Shah. I ensure agility, foresight and rigour in the Chairperson's core team, leveraging the technical depth of QCI's national boards and policy divisions to co-create collaboration pathways for central and state governments towards (but not limited to) standards-driven regulation, conformity assessment, and MSME competitiveness.
- Managing internal coordination and strategic alignment across QCI’s boards, divisions, and institutional collaborators. I also support strategic research and track developments across standards, accreditation, certification, inspection, MSME competitiveness, conformity assessment, and trade facilitation in alignment with national quality infrastructure priorities.
- Chairperson's office single point of contact for CEO, NABCB (national accreditation body for conformity assessment bodies) & ZED division (nominated implementing body for ZED & LEAN schemes by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises).
- Routinely involved in drafting of concept notes, media articles, and project deliverables, alongside the design and delivery of national-level dialogues and large-scale stakeholder engagements. This includes organizing a first-of-its-kind' Inter-PSU' workshop hosted jointly by QCI and BHEL with partners such as GAIL and 11 other PSUs, focused on best practices, process excellence & supplier capacity building.
- Co-led a 56-day, state-wide “Gunvatta se Sashakt Gujarat, Viksit Bharat” campaign flagged off by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat, covering all 33 districts and over 6,500 km to embed a 'Quality-First culture'. Engaged 5000+ stakeholders across Tier-3/4 towns through workshops, field visits, and technical sessions on ZED, ISO, LEAN, NABL and supported by institutions such as ATIRA, ISRO, and Western Railways. Facilitated strategic MoUs with industry bodies including Nascomm and Ahmedabad Management Association to institutionalize quality-led collaboration.
- Coordinated with the Capacity Building Commission to develop customized training curricula for multiple ministries under Mission Karmayogi, under the leadership of Adil Zainulbhai (former chaierpson, QCIand former chairman, Capacity Building Commission) Concurrently, under the Ministry of Home Affairs engagement, led a 16-member team across two workstreams for a confidential project, drove secondary research and data analysis, and facilitated engagements with Officers on Special Duty (OSDs) of the Prime Minister's Office.

- I was part of the business development team responsible for identifying landscape-scale land parcels to catalyze private investment in Forest Landscape Restoration (FLR). This work prioritized inclusion and long-term benefit of local communities, particularly through the future generation of carbon credits from restored lands.
- Involved in designing CSR projects for the firm's foundation arm - secured key client such as Vedanta, TATA Trusts and Cleanmax within the first year of the foundation's operation.
- In parallel, I contributed to a USAID-funded climate finance initiative in Central India aimed at laying the groundwork for REDD+ (a global mechanism that incentivizes forest conservation to reduce carbon emissions) readiness. My role involved specifically around inviting private finance for forest restoration (mostly CSR) in earmarked landscapes (Central Indian Landscapes) under USAID's commissioning.
