- As part of the Next-Generation Teleophthalmology research continuity project with IIT Hyderabad and LV Prasad Eye Institute, built a full corneal image quality assessment framework targeting Tier 2 & 3 clinical deployments.
- Developed purpose-built models for each quality failure — SVM with feature fusion (blur/focus), attention ViT (corneal reflections), and CNN with HSV logic (illumination) — enabling real-time recapture feedback and eliminating false/low-quality data from diagnostic pipelines.
- Co-authored an ophthalmology research paper and delivered the pipeline integrated into the Grab-I application.
- Completed an intensive summer program on advanced ML techniques: CNNs, RNNs, transformers, and reinforcement learning. Collaborated with Amazon ML scientists on scalable model deployment and AWS tools. Contributed to research projects, exploring real-world ML pipelines.

I’m Anurag Srivatsav, Founder of Kraionyx AI and an Agentic AI Engineer focused on building intelligent systems for healthcare.
At Kraionyx AI, I lead the development of AI products that reduce repetitive clinical and operational work for doctors and hospitals. We are currently building KareOS, an intelligent healthcare operating layer, and Svaani, an ambient clinical voice assistant that transforms doctor–patient conversations into structured documentation.
My work spans agentic AI, multi-agent systems, large language models and production-ready AI applications. As a founder, I work across product strategy, engineering, partnerships and execution turning complex healthcare problems into practical AI products.
