- Built the Operations, Marketing and Business Development teams from scratch (across all levels), while working closely with the founders.
- Created and implemented a hiring strategy that emphasizes on the quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, and client management/satisfaction.
- Sourced and evaluated on skills level, set up the hiring process in terms of interviews and offer processes.
- Built partnerships with third party vendors to ensure active pipelines for the open positions.
- Regular engagement with the stakeholders to discuss the hiring pipeline and the blockers faced.
- Develop relationships with candidates, understanding their needs and mapping them to the right opportunities, while ensuring a good experience process from application stage to offer.
